Christopher Mark Wilson

Mark was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was previously the director of Raleigh County Emergency Services. He loved trains, gardening (especially flowers) and spending time with his Boxers Lily and Bella.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Wilson.

Those left to cherish his memory include his son Corey Wilson and his wife Aurora and their children, Declan and Myles; his son Christopher Wilson and wife Kristin; his daughter Tiffany Lynch and her husband Scott and their children Natalee, Avalon, Stella, Brody, Carter, Asher and Jonah; his sister Tamera Scurry; his cousins Kim McKinney and Mike Wilson; his lifelong best friends Jason Graves and Ben Morgan; his former wives Cheryl Wilson and Tatiana Wilson; his caregivers Margie Williams and Cherié Peacock; as well as many nieces nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral services for Mark will be held on Thursday July 3, 2025 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home at 2:00 pm with Dr. David Bush officiating. Friends may gather with the family from 1:00 pm until the time of the service.

A committal service with military honors will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.

Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
