In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marty Williams; and her brothers, Tom Treadway, Del Treadway and Bob Treadway. She is survived by her sons. Matthew Williams and his wife, Melissa of Artie, WV, and Marty Lee Williams and his wife, Jerenda of Dorothy, WV; five grandchildren, Dawson Williams and his wife, Kerri of Whitesville, WV, Lucas, Perry, Jada and Zachariah; one great-grandchild, Kaelyn; and sisters, Margie Williams and husband, Glen of Artie, WV, Sheila Chavez of Chicago, IL, and Patricia Williams of Beckley, WV.

Debra was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed and cherished spending time with her grandchildren whom she loved very much.

Burial will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, May 1, 2019 in the Peace Garden of Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with Pastor Gene Miller sharing words of comfort and compassion.
