Della loved gardening, sewing, and painting.
In addition to her parents, Della is preceded in death by her late husband of 46 years, Charlie Savino; son, Charlie Savino, Jr.; siblings, Helen, Bill, Jerry, James Russell, and Edna Marie. Those left to cherish her memory include her sisters Vera Buckland, Lorene (Paul) Holland, Florence Lilly, and Susan (Tom) Scott; brother, Frank Cales; 3 grandchildren Natalie, Melody, and Mitchell; and several great grandchildren whom will miss her dearly.
Services will be held on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Blue Ridge Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior.
