Unknown James Edward Agee, II Beloved father, son, husband, and friend, James Edward Agee, II, 61 of Stanaford, WV entered peacefully into a new life after a complication of pneumonia and heart problems, on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Raleigh General Hospital. Born November 24, 1952, in Beckley, WV, he was the son of the late James E. Agee and Margaret Ruth Collier. Jim was a 1970 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. He was self-employed dry wall installer and painter most of his life. Jim was a member of Second Creek Pentecostal Church. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Drema Ennis Agee of Stanaford; a daughter, Tamara Cooper of Beckley; a son, Corey Agee and wife Jamie of Ripplemead, Virginia; beloved grandchildren, , Corey Braxton Cooper, Sofi Marie Conley, Chanler Agee, Isabelle Ruth Ann Agee; brothers, Mark H. Agee and wife, Edna of Woodbridge, VA, Matthew P. Agee and wife, Tina of Frederick, MD, William “Pat” Collier and wife, Renee of Dinwiddle, VA, John C. Collier and wife, Meredith of Beckley; step-father, Bill Collier; step-brother, Matthew D. Young of Atlanta, GA; and a special friend, Bill Moore. Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley with Pastor Glen Kuhn officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may gather with the family Friday from 6 – 9 PM at the funeral home.
