

Karen was an active member of Grace Chapel Church and The Red Hat Society. She spent over 3 decades working in retail and met many lifelong friends along the way. She was the true definition of "live life to the fullest" She enjoyed her many bus adventures, her winters in Florida as a snowbird, daily walks with her friends and playing bingo. But what she loved and valued most was spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Karen was preceded in death by her Parents, Margaret and Russell Keaton; her beloved husband George Wesley; a sister Sandra Lane; a sister-in-law Elizabeth "Libby" Herdman (Terry); brothers-in-law Charles Lane and Robert Wesley (Reba); a niece Kim Lane; and a nephew Brian Keaton.
Those left to cherish her memory include: her children Leslie Miller (Chris), Kelli Hill (Shawn), and Jeff Vass; stepsons Kevin Wesley (Kathy)and Kenneth Wesley; grandchildren Brooke, Parker and Grant Miller, Sydney, Garret and Gavin Hill, Noah, Eli and Jonah Vass, Kaitlin Wesley and Sara Jeszenszky, Klara, Kethany, and Kevin Wesley; great grandchildren Asher Vass, Eva and Adeline Jeszenszky, brother Alan "Butch" Keaton (Debbie); nephews Chad Keaton (Jessica), Greg Lane (Shelby) Phil Lane (Dawn); and sisters-in-law Sue Ellen Ricciardi (Bill) and Doris Jean York (Wallace).
A funeral service for Karen will be held at Blue Ridge Funeral Home in Beckley, WV on Monday January 5th at 2 pm with pastor Ralph Castle officiating. Friends are invited to join the family for a visitation starting at 12:30 pm.
