Louise "Helen" Treadway, age 96, of Beaver, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at the Villages of Greystone. Born on July 25, 1924 in Fayette County, WV, she was the daughter of the late Garfield Lafferty and Ada Wriston Lafferty.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband in 2008, Millard Cecil Treadway. Those left to cherish her memory include her niece, Ginger Reeves and husband, Ricky of Nebo, North Carolina; nephew, Jimmy Delung of Washington DC; great-nieces, Patricia Arthur of North Carolina; Brenda Rogers and husband, Tommy of Dothan, West Virginia; great-great nephew, Joshua Arthur; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 pm in the Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Home with Pastor James Johnson officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Peace Garden of Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
