Mary Gruno Gonzalez, 94 formally of Beckley, WV passed away on March 10, 2017 at Green Acres Manor in New Jersey where she resided for five years. Mary was preceded in death by her parents Alexander and Anna Gruno, her loving husband of 37 years Luciano Gonzalez, brothers; George Gruno, Sam Gruno, John Gruno, and Mike Gruno, and one sister Helen Loma. Mrs. Gonzalez enjoyed hobbies such as baking, cooking, volunteering with her church family at St. Francis, working with the community Shelter Workshop, she also belonged to Degree of Honor for 20 plus years. She leaves behind two loving daughters; Patricia (Michael) Santos of Toms River, NJ, Carole (Charles) Asymkos of Mt. Olive, NJ, one granddaughter Stephanie Asymkos of New York, and a host of loving nieces, nephews family and friends that will miss her dearly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at St. Francis De Sales Parish at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be Thursday at Blue Ridge Funeral Home-5251 Robert C.
