Ralph David Hall

Born on January 22nd, 1953, he was the son of the late Robert Hall and Marion Roberts Hall.

Ralph attended WVU Tech and Shenandoah University and was a music teacher for the Raleigh County Schools, having spent his last three years at Beckley Elementary School. He was a member of the TKE fraternity.

In his free time, Ralph enjoyed playing his guitar (which was like breathing to him), playing with his two dogs, reading, and singing in the choir at church. Ralph was an intelligent, kind, talented, but humble man. Ralph was also a huge fan of Jimmy Buffett and Star Trek.

He was of the Protestant faith, having grown up in the First Baptist Church of Beckley, and later attended the Beckley First Christian Church.

In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by a brother, Robert P. (Pat) Hall Jr.; and a sister, Martha (Hall) Verity.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving and devoted wife Linda Hall of Beckley; a stepson, Shawn Milam of Beckley, a sister, Becky Kintz of Kansas City, MO, and a niece, Alicia Bowden of Charleston.

There will be a memorial service to celebrate the life of Ralph on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025, at 4 PM at Blue Ridge Funeral Home with Pastor Dewey Lowe officiating.
