Ronnie Lee Cash Jr.

He was born in Beckley, WV in 1997 to Ronnie L. Cash, Sr. and Katy Atha, and loved playing football and hanging out with his siblings and friends as a child. Ronnie attended Woodrow Wilson High School before studying Medical Billing and Coding at DeVry University. Ronnie loved spending time with family and friends and didn't know a stranger. Often the comedian of the group, he loved to see and make people laugh and smile. He was a devoted father, loving brother, caring son, and an avid hunter and fisherman who loved to go fishing with his son.

Ronnie's son, Liam Lee Cash (2021-2025), was in critical care at the time of Ronnie's passing, but has since given the gift of life to several others through organ donation and became the super hero he always wanted to be on May 6, 2025.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his mother, Katy Atha, grandparents; Ernest and Margie Cash, George and Mary Southard, and Cathy Pack, his cousin; Ashley Fox, and several Aunts and Uncles.

He is survived by his wife, Alison Paige Cash, step daughters; Kateryna Young and Arabella Lay of Mount Lookout, WV, Father; Ronnie Cash, Sr, and Step-mother; Pamela Cash of Muncie, IN, Randall Atha, Step-father, of Oak Hill, WV; ; brothers; Billy and Corey Cash of Muncie, IN, and Jordan "Andy" Southard of Beckley, WV, sister; Sue Cash of Muncie, IN, Step-brother, Nicholas Atha of Oak Hill, WV; Aunts and Uncles of Indiana; Dolly Cash (Chucky), Billy Cash (Melinda), Ernest Cash, Jr. (Angela), Aunts and Uncles of West Virginia; Clayton Pack, Jr. (Nicole), April Bunting, Amanda Miller, Emerald Spencer (Robby), Donnie Walker (Crystal), Grandfather; Clayton Pack, Sr. (Kathy) of Piney View, WV, close friends; Jake Greuber of Beckley, WV and Megan Morgan of Kentucky, special cousins; Frank Cash and Jessica McFadden of Muncie, IN, as well as several other cousins, nieces, family and friends, all of which miss him dearly.

There will be a Celebration of Life held at Little Beaver State Park, Shelter 3 on May 31, 2025 at 1PM.
