On November 6, 2022 Arthur "Tom" Heath passed away. He was the beloved husband of Janice M. Heath; devoted father of Lisa Canter and her husband Glenn; cherished grandfather of Katelyn Taylor and her husband Ron, and Kira Canter; dear stepfather of Ray Bailey and his wife Chris, Connie Riggs and her husband Daniel, the late James Bailey and his surviving wife Barb and their loving families. Also survived other loving family and friends.
A Celebration of Tom's life will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers those who desire may make contributions in Tom's name to Gilchrist, 11311 McCormick Rd, Suite 350, Hunt Valley, MD 21031.
