Oh Carolyn, I wish I could have seen you one more time.  We exchanged messages on Facebook on December 16th when you wished me a happy birthday and Merry Christmas.  I wanted to come visit you, and even asked for your address.  You didn't provide it, but looking back, you probably knew something I didn't.  I'm so glad I told you that I love you during our exchange.  I truly do.  You were no doubt a tough lady on the outside, but you had a great sense of humor and a huge heart on the inside.  I'm also glad Christy and I got to be a part of your volunteer work with the MDA and the annual Jerry's Kids telethon you and Chad were so active in.  You were such a blessing to me, and I will miss you so.  Much love to you and your family.  Praying for peace and comfort.

Carolyn was quite a character.  We shared the same warped sense of humor.  Only knowing her for the past four years...I had come to truly care and love her.  I will miss seeing her everyday.  My thoughts and prayers are with Chad, his wife April and their girls.

I met Carolyn in the lobby of MDE one day when she was answering phones. She was a very interesting person.  I thank you for the experience of knowing you and will miss your wit on facebook.  You are truly a card.

I first met Carolyn when I came onboard at the Maryland Department of the Environment.  In fact, she was one of the first people that I had met.  Over the years, Carolyn and I had our ups and downs, but we still remained friends no matter what occurred.  As time passed, I came to know Carolyn as a kind and loving soul--someone who was a proud mother and even prouder grandmother.  That was quite evident as her desk was overflowing with pictures of her family, whom she was always anxious to talk about.  Carolyn, even though I haven't seen you in recent years, you were always in my memories; and I can honestly say that I am going to miss your presence on this earth.  A void is left with your passing.  My heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to your family during this, their time of need.  God Bless!

Ms. Carolyn is one of the most genuine, good hearted people I have ever known. Always concerned about everyone else and costantly putting others first. The true definition of a sweetheart.  The smile that her granddaughters gave her was pure happiness! My condolences to the entire Kuciara family. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to have her in my life and blessed for everyone that she brought in my life! Rest easy Ms. Carolyn, you will be missed everyday! Love you!
