Born on August 13, 1938, Carolyn lived in Bel Air, Maryland. Beloved wife of the late James P. Sturla, Jr.; devoted mother of Jim Sturla and his wife Nancy, Judy Landeck and her husband Mike, Rob Sturla and his wife Laura, Laurie Franke, and Christy Seymour and her husband Rick; loving grandmother of 13; and great grandmother of 7. Also survived by a sister-in-law and Best Friend Pat Sturla.
A receiving of friends for Carolyn will be held at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc. 610 W. MacPhail Road Bel Air, MD 21014 on Saturday, April 4, 2026 from 11am to 1pm, at which till a Memorial Service will begin at 1pm.
Interment private.
