Corey- I will never forget your infectious smile and personality when you were my patient, the caring and love from your family, and how you were our family when you were with us. You were one of those people that stuck with me after the countless people I’ve cared for. My love and thoughts are with you and yours. 

The Hogan family knew Corey from Rec. football. He always had a smile. His kind heart was evident later in life when he contributed to my daughter’s Go Fund Me for her German Sheppard puppy (Max) who became sick and required intensive care at the Emergency Vet. Rest In Peace.

We had such great times growing up! I'm so glad our kids got to know each other! Adam and I are devastating about Corey! We send our love!

I only met Corey once, when he spent the night in OC with me and my son.
They were both heading off shore to their "happy place" to fish.
Corey could not have been more of a gentleman and we talked for a few hours before he went to bed. 
I felt bad for the big guy, because he slept on the couch, but he was up and at 'em at 2:30 AM to do what he loved. 
Rest in peace, sir and thanks for being a friend to my son! 

I wanted to send my sympathies to the Jubb family and share one of my most fond memories of Corey. It was as a young football player. I will never forget putting Corey in as a RB during one of our games. He took it to the house, I think about 50 yards on his 1st carry and it was called back because of a penalty, he was so disappointed,  so we handed it to him again on the next play and even though he ran out of gas at the one and got tackled he had a huge smile on his face. That is the picture I will always have. He was such a delightful and determined kid and that carried over to his adult life. Rest In Peace Corey.

I am so sorry for your tremendous loss.  My thoughts and prayers are for Corey and his entire family.  May he rest in peace and forever be a fisherman in God's vast sea.

I reflect on the times I had the opportunities to go out in the woods and water with Corey and his brother.  We always had a good time no matter the outcome and for a guy that could come off very intimidating -- he absolutely wasn't when you interacted with him.  Such a gentle and kind man, and very giving.  We are all blessed to have had the time and the love for life and the outdoors bonds our spirits.  Corey could unload a gun and catch a big fish with the best of them.  It makes me smile thinking about it all. 

I grew up with Corey- we're from the same tiny hometown, rode the bus together in elementary school, and shared a Biology class in tenth grade. I was always an oddball and was occasionally teased... but Corey was always so kind to me. A gentle soul that made places safe for everyone. Thank you for your kindness. It is not forgotten.

Corey was one of the most respectful young man we were blessed to have known. His kind, sweet soul and infectious smile have left a permanent spot in our hearts. Prayers for peace. Jim, Diane, JT, Tyler & Brady Maguire

We were sadden to hear the news of the passing of Corey. We had the honor of meeting Cory when he came to the farm , his personality and smile were infectious ,it was an honor to share that moment with him.

Corey was a big teddy bear that dated my daughter for a bit in high school. We loved watching him under the Friday Night Lights and he even spent a Christmas with us. Heaven gained a good soul.

Corey was the kindest giant I ever knew.  I have fond memories of our time together with HCPS cutting trees and laughing with Kevin.

I remember in little League baseball we were kids you are the best pitcher with a bad ass fast ball.  Nobody wanted to go up there when you were pitching. I love seeing all the fish and stuff you had going on. You will be miss
