On December 22, 2011, Deborah C. Hill (nee Lowe); beloved wife of the late Louis F. Hill, Sr.; devoted mother of Louis F. Hill, Jr. and wife Renee and Matthew A. Hill and wife Michele; dear sister of Ordelle Libonate and Shawn Lowe; loving grandmother of Ethan, Keira and Hannah Hill.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2011, 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 1 St. Mary's Church Rd., Abingdon MD 21009. Interment private. contributions may be made to St. Mary's Episcopical Church.
