On December 7, 2022, Francis “Frank” Xavier Kelly passed away peacefully at his home; beloved husband of Dorothy M. Kelly; devoted father of Carol Stewart and her husband Michael, Joseph Kelly and his wife Rachel, and Kathy MacMillan; cherished grandfather of Patrick, Christopher, Daniel, Matthew, Ben, and J.X.; dear brother of William, Joan, Patricia, the late Catherine, Martin, Michael, Marguerite, Eleanor, and Paul; loving uncle of Jeff and many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 533 E. Jarrettsville Road, Forest Hill on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 10:30-11:30am, where a memorial mass will begin at 11:30 am. Interment private.
