Serio; loving grandfather of Robert Turner, Anthony Serio, Rachael Elliott, Jack Ryan Thomas Chapman, Michael Thomas Serio, Jr. and Raylan Serio.

Funeral Service will be held at Oak Grove Baptist Church 2106 Churchville Rd. Bel Air, MD 21015 on Wednesday at 11AM Mr. Serio will lie in state from 10 to 11 AM. Interment Mt.
