On May 15, 2013 Jean A. Overbay, age 75, passed away at home surrounded by family and loved ones. She was the beloved wife of the late Bobby L. Overbay; devoted mother of Robert W. Overbay and his wife Cheryl, Chyrl Ness, Donna j. Cox and her husband James, and Scott Overbay and his fiancé Joanne Tyson; loving grandmother of Paul, Brian, Amanda, Christopher, Jason, Stacy, Samantha, and Brandon; loving great-grandmother of Kyle Kaytlyn, Shane and Lucas; dear sister of Sharon Twiford, Frederick Hooper, Dean Hooper, and the late Alvin Orem and Jerry Orem.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 17, 2013 at 2PM at the Long Green Valley Church of the Brethren Cemetery, 4800 Long Green Rd. Glen Arm, MD 21057. Family and friends are invited to join the family at Donna Cox's house following the service at the cemetery, people are welcome to go directly to Donna's house if you can not go to the cemetery.
