Jeanette (Shatzer) Franz

On May 7, 2019, Jeanette Franz passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Melvin L. Franz; loving mother of Melvin L. Franz, Jr. and his wife Dana, Gary L. Franz and his wife Donna, Dean W. Franz and his wife Lynne; cherished sister of the late Jane Hancock and William Shatzer; proud mum-mum of Keri and her husband Corey, Jessica and her husband Matthew, Samantha, Kacey and Kelly; and proud great mum-mum of Logan.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 West MacPhail Road (at RTE 24) on Friday, May 10, 2019 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. where a funeral service will be held Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow at the Highview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Spiritrust Lutheran Home Care & Hospice, 2700 Luther Drive, Chambersburg, PA 17202.
