Joyce Erma Frazer Haney, a long-time resident of Harford County, passed away after a long illness at the Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland on March 29, 2018. She was born in Riverside, New Jersey on March 25, 1934 to the late Frank and Clara Frazer. She was a retired Maryland Court Clerk in Baltimore, Maryland. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Doris Schneider, Patricia Dolan, and Carol Clark, and her long-time companion, Alfred Mabe. She is survived by her sons, Jack and Frank Quinlan and Richard and Steven Haney, and her daughter, Patricia Quinlan Strohmeyer and fifteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2018 from 9 to 10 am, followed by a service at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 610 West MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, Maryland 21004.
Internment is to follow at Harford Memorial Gardens.
