Juanita Faye Kelbaugh passed away on March 3, 2026, at the age of 85. Born on April 14, 1940, Juanita was a resident of Bel Air, Maryland. She was the beloved wife of Charles W. Kelbaugh; devoted mother of Cori Buckley, Kim Morgan (Dean), and George Kelbaugh; dear sister of Theodore Whitesell; loving grandmother of David Morgan (Jordan), Daniel Morgan (Summer), Ashley Buckley, and Garrett Kelbaugh; cherished great grandmother of Delilah & Darin Morgan; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014, on Monday, March 9, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, and a Funeral Service will take place at 12:00 pm.
A Committal Service will be held at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, 200 E Padonia Rd, Timonium, MD 21093.
