Your Mom was a great lady - we had numerous long talks together while I was visiting my Mom.  She helped my Mom so often, of which I could not thank her enough.  She so enjoyed her last trip with her daughters.  I feel for your loss.

God, by definition, is a Being full of Joy, Understanding, Forgiveness and Love.  Is that not also the definition of a Mother?  One's Mother is the closest thing to God here on Earth, a being you can touch and hold and literally feel her love for you..... therefore you must honor her life and not mourn her passing as she will dwell in your Heart for all time.

There will always be great memories of Shirley, especially her smile and her laugh. She will be missed.

Shirley's laugh was infectious, and her smile brightened the world around her. Shirley exhibited a great capacity for love, especially the love she held for her daughters and for her grandchildren.  I will miss her dearly, and I will cherish her memory and keep her alive in my heart.

She will be missed. She was a great women. I am so sorry for your loss.

My grandmother: a strong, powerful, independent woman. She never hesitated to tell it how it was. More specifically, she was the maker of baked macaroni, the one who always beat my butt @ cards ("you gotta watch her- she's a sore loser"), the one who ALWAYS worried about me. She told me that fat girls could (in fact) wear bright colors and she taught me that I was loved on the daily. There isn't a day that goes by that I won't miss her and I can only hope and pray that she will live in me. When anyone talks about a class act? My grandma.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Your mother was a good friend to me and to Danny. I will keep her in my prayers and think of her often.
