Ray Culbertson, age 73, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Culbertson (nee Osenburg); devoted father of Becky A. Culbertson, and Sarah L. Mallon and her husband Phil; loving grandfather of Cayden Culbertson, Maddy and Grayson Mallon; dear brother of Frances L. Hofmann, William “Buddy” Culbertson, Jr. an Sharon L. Culbertson. Also survived by his loyal companion Augie, and by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
