She was born on December 11, 1961, in Baltimore, Maryland, to George and Betty Lou (Nemsick) Slembecker. Sandy graduated from Overlea High School and Towson University.
She is survived by her children, David (Alexis) and Daniel (Alicia), her brother, George (Carol), and her beloved grandchildren, Cora and Barrett.
A visitation for Sandy will be held Friday, September 1, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Schimunek Funeral Home, 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment in Parkwood Cemetery 3310 Taylor Ave, Baltimore, MD 21234.
