On February 27, 2016, Sandy L. Stephens passed away. She was the beloved wife of Thomas Stephens; devoted mother of Troy Walker, Kelly Reese and her husband Bob, Tracy Matson and Thomas Stephens; loving grandmother of Mike and Amanda Newby, Joshua, Jen, and Shannon Miner; dear great-grandmother of Gracie and MJ; and cherished sister of Ronald Ewell, Gloria Gallagher, Sharon Matson, and David Ewell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather for a Celebration of Life, open house, 213 Brittany Drive, Joppa, MD 21085, on Saturday, March 12, between 1pm-7pm.
