On August 9, 2012 Thomas Melvin Rodney, Sr., 91 passed away. He was a Baltimore City firefighter for 25 years and head of the ushers at Memorial Stadium and a Shriner. He was the beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Josephine Rodney (nee Stuart); beloved father of Thomas M. Rodney, Jr. and Linda Hines; Diane K. Feeley and her husband Paul; cherished grandfather of Alise E. Rodney and Amy E. Anderson and great-grandfather of Tyler and Vegas Rodney and Audrey Anderson. He is also survived by three brothers and one sister.
Friends are invited to call at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 West MacPhail Rd. (at Rte 24) on Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm, where a funeral service will be held on Monday at 10 am. Interment to follow at the Parkwood Cemetery.
