Elaine Tobin Mossey, 89, of Belton, Missouri passed away on October 26, 2023, in Overland Park, Kansas. Elaine was born in Brown City, Michigan on August 7, 1934 to Benjamin and Mable Tobin. Elaine was survived by her three children Robert Mossey of Belton, Missouri, Laura Schruba of Harrison Township, Michigan and Michele Mossey of Greenwood, Missouri. Elaine has seven grandchildren; Ashley Davey, Alex Kathman, Jason Mossey, Paige Mossey, Jennifer Mossey, Joseph Chmielewski and Addyson Mossey. Elaine also has two great grandchildren; Troy Kathman and Leticia Keesoon. Private inurnment was held at McGilley and George Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers Elaine requested donations be made to an animal shelter or charity of your choice.
