Glinda Sue (Allmon) Beverly, age 78, of Kingsville, Missouri passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021. Glinda was born December 13, 1942 in Butler, Missouri, to Alvin and Rosa Arnold. She was a receiving clerk for the Internal Revenue Service for 12 years before retiring.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 42 years Marion Allmon, daughter Lori Ann Allmon and sisters Lavonna Pennington and Veneta Cotterman.
Glinda is survived by her husband Stephen Beverly; her daughters Amy Allmon, Kim Tarwater and husband Dan Tarwater; sons David Allmon and partner Michelle Long, Stephen Allmon and wife Mary, and Jeff Cotterman and partner Cheryl Hanlon; her grandchildren Stephanie Carothers, Dillon Allmon, Arron Allmon, Tyler Allmon, Zander Allmon, Koren Carl and husband Randall, Caleb Tarwater, and Hunter Allmon; her great-grandchild Elizabeth Carothers, Shawn Stuetgger and Cian Carl; also her loving step-children Stephanie Clack, Alice Beverly, Michael Davis; grandchildren Stephen A. Beverly and wife Kellie Beverly, Aaron Brown, Justin Brown, Cody Beverly and wife Heather; and great grandchildren Kylee Beverly, Randi Beverly, Lindley Beverly, Aubriella Beverly, Mallory Beverly, A.J. Beverly and Chris Beverly. Plus many children and grandchildren of the heart, including Art and Laura Wilson, Tiffany, Dakota and Ayce.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 16, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at McGilley & George Funeral Home, 611 Chestnut St., Belton, MO 64012, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM. Burial at Belton Cemetery, 710 S. Scott Ave., Belton, MO 64012.
