Born January 21st, 1957 in Miami, Oklahoma, Rebecca graduated from Ruskin High School in 1975. She received a BSE in Elementary Education from CMSU in 1994. Rebecca continued her education at Webster University, from which she received her Masters in Education in 1999.
Rebecca taught various grades at Gladden Elementary in Belton, MO until retiring in November of 2012.
Rebecca loved teaching, paper crafting, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is proceeded in death by her parents Richard and Minnie Allman, and brother, Richard L. Allman.
She is survived by her husband, Houston Garner of Belton, two children: Mary Bunting (John) of Amana, Iowa, and Andrew Garner (Mary) of Columbia, MO, as well as 5 grandchildren.
Visitation is to be held Saturday, July 16th, 2016 at McGilley & George Funeral Home, in Belton, from 10 am until 12 pm with graveside service immediately following. Arr.
