Richard LaRoy Conley

He was born July 16, 1932, in Osage County, OK, Scanlon township.

Dick is survived and missed by his loving wife Doris of 73 years and his daughter Janice (Canfield). Two Granddaughters, Jennifer (Spencer Berndt), Sissy (Hunter Judy) and four Greatgrandchildren, Guy, Margot (Berndt), and Robinson, Elisabeth (Judy).

Dick was preceded in death by his father Jim Conley, mother Georgia Conley, brother Benny Conley (Marie) and sister Marthe (Bob Brown).

Over the years he worked for Cessna Aircraft, Supervisor of Quality Control Laboratory – Penwalt Chemical Corp, Sales Service Engineer – Gates Lear Jet, Technical Analyst – Bush & Co, State Sales Manager – A.B. Culbertson, Sales Account Exec – CKS Securities, Vice President

He was extremely active in many organizations. An active member of Young Men’s Club in Oklahoma City, Ducks Unlimited and also held a lifetime membership with the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation. Other memberships include Lt. Governor of Optimist International for the State of Kansas.

After many years of success his true love was being with his family. Enjoying traveling and dancing with his beautiful wife along with spending time with his wonder friends.

Celebration of Life will take place at Foxwood Springs, 1500 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore, MO at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
