Carmen M. Miller, 95 formerly of Beverly Hills, Florida died on Friday, January 13, 2012 in Ocala, Florida in the loving care of her family, the staff of Ocala Health and Rehabilitation and Hospice of Marion County. She was born in Sopris, Colorado on Thursday, October 5, 1916 to Angelo and Lucille (Leonetti) Garofali. Carmen was of the Catholic faith, a retired beautician, a member of Harry F. Nesbitt V.F.W. Post #10087 Auxiliary, the Michigan Club, Lion's Club and enjoyed playing bingo, knitting and reading. She lived in Detroit, Michigan and moved to Chicago, Illinois and has resided in Florida for over 30 years.
Carmen was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Miller; brother, Anthony Garofali; sister, Mary Spanberger and grandson, Ronald R. Weiss, Jr.
Survivors include her son, Ronald Weiss, Sr. and wife Bonnie of Ocala, Florida; grandsons, Donald R. Weiss of Lake Worth, Florida and Thomas R. Weiss of Delray Beach, Florida and great grandchildren, Amanda and Jeremy Weiss both of Lake Worth, Florida.
Entombment at Fero Memorial Gardens will be private.
