He was born in Portsmouth, NH and moved to Florida in the 70's. He worked in construction for 50 years. He has been a long time resident of old Homosassa.
Bear enjoyed fishing, coffee, and beer. He enjoyed cooking for everyone, especially potato salad, and peanut butter toast. He made the best biscuits and gravy on Sundays.
He is survived by his two daughters, Lisa Smith and Linda Ritli, son Matthew Harriman, three grandchildren Skyla Breeze Smith, Evan Matthew Smith, Jace Michael Ritli, two sisters Linda Braley and Darlene Harriman, former wife and Husband in law Jody and Bruce Gaskins, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was loved and will always be missed.
