Born in Quezon City, Philippines, she was the daughter of Nemesio Cagampan and Fausta Lomibao. Elisa received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Manila Central University in 1964 and passed her Boards of Medical Examiner in the Philippines in 1965. Elisa married Valerio Benjamino Armero in 1968 in Philadelphia, PA. They had traveled the world together. Elisa and Valerio resided in Pasadena, MD for over 20 years then decided to retire to Hernando, FL for the next 20 years. She will be remembered for her love of her family and the deep joy she found in her role as a grandmother.
She leaves behind her husband Valerio (Larry), her son, Rodney, daughter, Valerie (Armero) Reposa and her husband Chris; her cherished grandchildren, Benjamin, Nicholas, Emily, Cole, Clay, and Marion.
A mass will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 11 am St. Scholastica Catholic Church, 4301 W Homosassa Trl, Lecanto, FL 34461. A reception to follow at the gathering place of St. Scholastica.
