Frank C Dicrosta

Frank C Di Crosta a loving brother, Uncle, Stepfather, Grandfather, great grand father passed away peacefully at Brentwood Retirement Center Lecanto Fl. Frank is survived by his sister Elvera L Dacey and two nephews and three nieces, son by marriage Charles Lynch, two –granddaughters, one - grandson and two great grand children.

Frank was the son of Giovanni and Pasqualina Di Crosta of Oakville CT. Orphaned at the age of 10 he lived in Meriden, CT with his Aunt and her family. He went in to the Army upon graduating high school, discharged April 1952, and continued his Military career in the National Guard honorably discharged as a Sergeant Major, while working for the city of Bristol Ct as the cities comptroller for thirty years. He also received his degree with high honors from Post Junior College in Advanced Accounting & Business Administration in 1955. Upon retiring he and his wife moved to Beverly Hills Florida. He spent the last six years living at Brentwood Retirement Center.

Frank was known for his wit and wisdom, he was loved by many especially by his caretakers and will be very much missed. A year following his retirement from the city of Bristol there was a very complimentary article written in the Bristol newspaper under the heading “Missing Mr. Di Crosta.” Frank was an advisor to members of the board of St John Paul Catholic School and a member of Our Lady of Grace Church. He was greatly loved by his niece Kathleen Dacey who assisted in his care, his granddaughter Karen Lynch and her family.

Frank was predeceased by his loving wife Eleanor (Lynch) Di Crosta, his brother Paul, and his son by marriage David Lynch.

We will ALL be “Missing Mr. Di Crosta.”

A visitation will be held Saturday, October 14, 2017 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Fero Funeral Home, 5955 N. Lecanto Hwy, Beverly Hills, FL 34465. A graveside Service will be held the following Monday October 16, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Fero Memorial Gardens, 5891 N Lecanto Hwy, Beverly Hills, FL 34465.
