

Frank Kupovics, 86, of Beverly Hills, FL, passed away on Thurs., March 12, 2015 at Hospice Care Unit of Citrus Memorial Hospital. A native of Devecser, Hungary, he was born Jan. 4, 1929 to Ferenc and Margit (Kurdi) Kupovics, one of four children. Frank obtained his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering in Budapest, Hungary and met his wife of nearly 60 years, the former Aranka Mester in his home town of Devescer. Mr. Kupovics enjoyed a 31 year career with AT & T Communications, and moved to Beverly Hills in 1987 from Derry, New Hampshire. He was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Beverly Hills. Frank loved to play golf and was a published author. He was also an accomplished painter in the medium of oil. In addition to his wife Aranka of Beverly Hills, he is also survived by his three children: Ference Kupovics (wife Jean), Richardson, TX; Thomas Kupovics (wife Vivian), Rockwall, TX and daughter Katalin Flippin, Dallas, TX; brother Steven Kupovics, Ajka, Hungary and grandchildren Margo Linebarger (husband Ronny), Granger, TX; Stephen Kupovics (wife Christine), The Colony, TX; Christopher Kupovics, Rockwall, TX; Audrey Kupovics and Gabriel Kupovics, both of Dallas, TX, and two great grandchildren, Raidon and Ronny Linebarger of Granger, TX. In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Kupovics and sister Magda Kupovics. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Sat., March 28, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. from Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Beverly Hills, Florida with Fr. Avelino Garcia, Celebrant.
