John Henry Fogarty Jr.

John Henry Fogarty Jr., of Hernando, FL., 86, passed away peacefully on February 10th, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend; John will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

John was the beloved husband of Bette Rowland Fogarty for 60 years, and together they shared a life full of love and cherished memories. John and Bette had 2 children; John Henry Fogarty III and Colleen Fogarty Draper, and 4 grandchildren; Madeleine Fogarty Draper, Corinne Fogarty Draper, Sophia Fogarty Draper, and John Patrick Fogarty.

Throughout his life, John was known for his friendliness, strong work ethic, and dedication to his family. An accomplished sales manager, he sold the first ultrasound machines and retired from a long career at Hewlett Packard. He loved golf, fishing and the mountains. His legacy will live on through the countless memories he created with his loved ones.

Funeral services will be held at the Fero Funeral Home at 5955 North Lecanto Highway, Beverly Hills, FL., Saturday, February 15 at 12PM. The family requests that those who knew John remember him in their hearts and celebrate his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Grace Martha Fogarty and John Henry Fogarty Sr.

A visitation for John will occur Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 5955 North Lecanto Highway, Beverly Hills, FL 34465. Followed by a celebration of life beginning at 1:00 PM. A committal service will occur Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Fero Memorial Gardens, N Lecanto Hwy, Beverly Hills, FL 34465.
