Kenneth M. Sholes, 85 of Homosassa, Florida died on Sunday, March 13, 2016. He was born on Saturday, December 20, 1930 to Arba Martin and Jennie (Lindahl) Sholes in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Kenneth was a Veteran of the United States Army, a retired computer technician in the banking industry and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. He enjoyed fishing, the beach and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. He truly cherished his family.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his sister, Jean Oden.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years Teresa (Roessler) Sholes of Homosassa, Florida; son, Michael Sholes and wife Cynthia of Orange Park, Florida; daughters, Debra VanLieshout and husband Steve of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Cathryn Sholes of Sarasota, Florida and Jenmarie Gonsisko and husband William of Lecanto, Florida; grandchildren, Tara Valentine and husband Carl Valentine, II of Spring, Hill, Florida, Russ VanLieshout of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Michael J. Sholes of Arkansas, Julie Van Lieshout of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, David Sholes of Virginia and Mason and Colton Gonsisko both of Lecanto, Florida and great grandchildren, Carl Valentine, III and Shiloh Valentine.
A Celebration of Kenneth's Life will take place at St. Paul's Lutheran Church on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at 1:00 PM.
