Lurayn M Haines, age 92, of Terra Vista, Florida, passed away September 10, 2024. She was born in Staten Island, NY on March 6, 1932. Lurayn attended Purdue University and the University of Connecticut. She had a career as a property manager for a large insurance company. She was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Episcopal Church and served as the manager of the Prayer Shawl Ministry. She is survived by her two children, Cathryn Collins and Mark Collins, and Montgomery Morse her only sibling.
A memorial service will be held at Shepherd of the Hills Episcopal Church in Lecanto, Florida on September 22nd at noon following regular Sunday Service. Expressions of sympathy may be made through donations to Feeding Our Flock through Shepherd of the Hills Episcopal Church.
