Malovene C. Elrod, 84 of Dunnellon, Florida died on March 4, 2015. She was born on October 18, 1930 in McLenney, Florida to Russell Isaiah and Mamie Alice (Pringle) Coleman. Malovene retired as an art teacher, was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Dunnellon, the Eastern Star and American Legion Auxiliary Post #58.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Floyd 'Bob' Cletton Elrod of Dunnellon, Florida and daughters, Yvonne Ilene Alexander of Dunnellon, Florida and Valerie O'Terro of Gainesville, Florida.
Memorial Service of Remembrance, Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 1:00 PM with Inurnment at Fero Memorial Gardens.
