Richard Lee Goode

Richard Lee Goode, 74 of Citrus Springs, Florida died on Sunday, January 16, 2011. He was born in Sterling, Virginia on Wednesday, March 4, 1936 to Robert White Goode and Jessie (Thomas) Goode. Richard was a retired insurance adjuster and a member of Community Congregational Christian Church in Citrus Springs, Florida. He enjoyed camping, listening to Bluegrass music and truly loved his family.

Richard was preceded in death by his brother, Irvin Goode.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Joyce Lee Goode of Citrus Springs, Florida; his special companion, Nicky; sons, Ronnie Goode of Leesburg, Virginia, Bob Goode and wife Cindy of Frederick, Maryland and Randy Goode and wife Janet of Chantilly, Virginia; daughters, Robin Bell and husband Eddie of Bealeton, Virginia and Rhonda Radish of Selbyville, Delaware; brothers, Hubert Goode and wife Ernestine of Stephens City, Virginia, Eddie Goode and wife Lydia of Toney, Alabama and Michael Goode and wife Annette of Sterling, Virginia; sister, Carolyn Newton and husband Eddie of Leesburg, Virginia; six grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service of Remembrance will take place at a later date in Virginia.
