

Thomas E. Bonner, Sr., 92 of Beverly Hills, Florida died on Friday, May 18, 2012 in the loving care of his family and Hospice of Citrus County. He was born in Anniston, Alabama on Tuesday, March 2, 1920 to Henry C. and Emily (Walker) Bonnel. Thomas was a retired manager of a lumber yard in Coral Gables, Florida and moved to this area in 1993 from West Miami, Florida. He was of the Chirstian faith, enjoyed fishing, camping, wildlife, the outdoors and playing cards.
Thomas was preceded in death by his wife Ethel Bonner; grandson, Kevin Algor; brother, Clyde Bonner; sisters, Jewel Davis and Nona.
Survivors include his son, Thomas E. Bonner, Jr. and wife Gloria of Dunnellon, Florida; daughter, Emily Algor of Beverly Hills, Florida; grandchildren, Wendi Marsfelder and husband Mike of New York, Rick Bonner and wife Verbell of Nassau, Bahamas, Tanya and Polly Bonner both of Tallahassee, Florida, Karen Prowell and husband John of Normal, Illinois, Frank Gittio of St. Augustine, Florida and Christina Kennedy of Deltona, Florida and 13 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation, Monday, May 21, 2012 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM with a Chapel Service following at Fero Funeral Home. Interment, Fero Memorial Gardens.
