DUKE, ALAN RAY, age 59 of Moody went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 4, 2021. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Duke. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Melissa Duke; sons, Jonathan Duke (Amber) and Spencer Duke (Kassie); father, Raymond Duke; brother, Michael Duke (Lisa); sisters, Lisa Ingram (Michael) and Jennifer Duke; grandchildren, Avery Duke and Sadie Duke; and several nieces and nephews. Alan was an Associate Pastor at Life of Faith Church in Irondale and served as Territory Marketing Representative at Viva Medicare and formerly a Real Estate Agent with Remax. Family was the most important thing to Alan and he loved spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He had a love of music from an early age and learned to play several instruments which he used to spread the word of God and his love of Jesus. His family will receive friends on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 11-1 at Life of Faith Church with the celebration of life service beginning at 1:00.
