Annie Louise (Snooks) Frost Gregory, 91, of Birmingham passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017. She graduated from Ensley High School in 1943. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, the General Sumter Chapter of D.A.R. and the Pelham Chapter of the U.D.C. As a Navy wife, she followed her husband station to station across the United States and overseas to Morocco making numerous lifelong friends along the way. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter C. (Neal) Gregory; parents, Joshua Wesley Frost and Jewel Mae Youngblood Frost; brother Woodrow Frost and sisters Julia Frost Hodges, Willie Mae Frost Meadows and Maude Frost Spain. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in laws, Sharon Gregory Weber (Hank) and Patricia Gregory Bennett (Jim); grandchildren Nathan Weber, Andrew (Rachel) Weber, MacNeal Bennett and Gregory Bennett; sister Magdalene Frost Lancaster and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, May 26, 2017 at the Johns-Ridout Elmwood Chapel from 1:00-2:00. Service will begin at 2:00 and burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
