Elliott, Brenda Tanner, of Homewood, AL (Born: June 11, 1939) departed on May 18, 2015 at the age of 75. Mrs. Elliott is survived by her children, Dean (Angelia) Elliott, Gayle (Robert) Seabrooke, David (Cristina) Elliott; ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren; brothers Byron Tanner and Charles Tanner; sisters Beth Tanner, Kay Chapman, and Nancy Burton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Dean Elliott, Sr., her parents Jeffrey and Annie Tanner and her brother Carlton Tanner. Visitation for friends and family will be held at Elmwood Chapel in Birmingham on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, from 5-8 p.m. Her funeral will be held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Hoover on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. to be followed by her graveside service at Elmwood Cemetery.
