Daniel Bowen

He is survived by his sons, Ronald Lee Bowen, Flomaton, AL, Jonathan Karl Bowen, Ashville, Al. , his daughters Kristi Smith Bowen, Flomaton, AL , Tammy Praytor Bowen, Ashville, AL., his grandchildren, Mazie Lee Bowen, Flomaton, AL., Allston Chase Bowen, Ashville, AL. Gavin Andrew Bowen, Flomaton, AL., Ayden Cole Bowen, Ashville, AL., and Ashton Caleb Bowen, Ashville AL. He is also survived by his brother, Greg Bowen (Robin) of Georgia, and his sisters, Linda Williams (Frank) of Mobile, AL, and Sheila Childers (Bobby) of Decatur, AL, and several loved nieces and nephews.

Daniel proudly served in the US Army Corp. of Engineers. His other special achievements were The World’s Greatest PAW PAW to his 5 grandchildren and that he attended Auburn University, where he received a degree in Civil Engineering.

Visitation will be held at Ridout's Trussville Chapel, 1500 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235, US, on March 9, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

A graveside service will be held at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, 1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235, on March 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
