She was preceded in death by her father and mother, David and Claudine Hetrick, and granddaughter, Ashley Smith.
Deborah is survived by her husband, Charles D. Smith; brothers, Randy Hetrick (Debbie) and Tim Hetrick (April); her sons, Jason Smith (Rachel), Douglas Smith (Kristi) and Dustin Smith (Bethany); grandchildren, Camden Smith, Hudson Smith, Alayna Smith, Braden Valdez, Blakely Fuqua (Bennett), Savannah Bearden (Will), Kai Peters (Katelyn), Lauren Lanford and Kayla Lanford. She also leaves behind a sister-in-law, Georgia Wood (Keith) and multiple nieces, nephews and many friends.
The funeral service for Deborah will be held at Ridout's Trussville Chapel on Saturday May 16th at 2PM with visitation held from 12PM-2PM. Burial will immediately follow the chapel service at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East in Trussville.
