Doris M. Argall

Mrs. Doris Morrow Argall, 77, of Hoover, AL, died Friday, August 25, 2017, in her home, in her sleep, of natural causes. She was the daughter of the late Harold and Hazel Morrow and was born in Roxborough, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on August 21, 1940. She is survived by her husband, Clair Argall, VMD, her two daughters, Aileen McElwain and her husband Mike, of Hoover, AL and Alison Argall and Bill Miller, of Argo, AL, and her sister, Betty Sherman and her husband Bill, and several nephews and nieces.

Doris attended Kutztown College, in Pennsylvania and graduated with a BS in Elemnetary Education. Doris taught elementary and preschool for many years and also tutored children. Doris loved children dearly with a special love and enthusiasm. She poured her love for children, creative gifts and her love for Jesus into teaching children’s church and Sunday school.

Doris loved family, friends, cooking meals to gather her family and friends, teaching, painting, crafting, gardening, gathering with her church family, singing, communing with God in the early morning, camping, walks on the beach, and enjoying God’s beautiful creation.
