Doris Davidson Clowdus Parker of Birmingham, AL passed away November 22, 2012. She graduated from Jones Valley High School. She retired from Social Security Administration. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her first husband, George Edward Clowdus, Sr.; second husband, Chester L. Parker; parents, Benjamin Davidson and May Smith Davidson; brothers, Benjamin Davidson, William Davidson, and Robert Davidson; sisters, Edna May Wilson, Rebecca Park, Carolyn Laughlin. She is survived by her sons, George Edward Clowdus, Jr. of Birmingham, AL and Robert Franklin Clowdus of Birmingham, AL; daughter, Sharron Clowdus Fisher of Birmingham, AL; grandchildren, Jeffrey Clowdus, Michael Fisher, Sheldon Clowdus, and Rachel Sexton; 10 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be Monday, November 26, 2012, at 10:00 am at Highland Memorial Gardens in Bessemer.
