POE, ESTHER KILGORE Poe, Esther Kilgore, age 88, passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Rev. Chris C. Poe. She is survived by daughters, Bonnie Waters, Donna Isbell and son, Charles Poe; Brothers, Billy, Thomas, and Phillip Kilgore. She is survived by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren and two nieces. She was a long time member of the Centerpoint Church of the Nazarene and a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Funeral service will be Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Ridout's Trussville Chapel, interment will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery in Altoona, AL. The family will receive friends at the funeral home two hours prior to service time. >
