Frances was born in Birmingham Alabama to Rosa and Homer Hale, and passed on 4/25/2022. She attended Ensley High School and upon graduation, worked as a paralegal for Holt & Cooper. She went on to obtain her Real Estate License and ran two property management companies. She is survived by her husband, Mickey Hardy Senior and Mickey Hardy Junior, her son with grandchildren: Nikole Hardy, Mickey Hardy III, and sister Katie Bagby.
Frances loved taking care of her family, sun tanning at the lake/beach, and taking care of any and all animals. She was a hard worker and always tried to help someone.
A visitation for FRANCES ANN will be held Sunday, May 1, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Johns-Ridout's Mortuary-Elmwood Chapel, 800 Dennison Ave Sw, Birmingham, AL 35211. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Elmwood Cemetery & Mausoleum, 600 Martin Luther King Jr Dr, Birmingham, AL 35211.
