HOPKINS, JEANETTE, age 87 of Pinson, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Delmar Hopkins and Ernie Hopkins; and sister, Unie Ryan. She is survived by her sister, Wonzel Hopkins; nieces, Juanita Stuart, Donna Bradley and Carolyn DeBlanc; nephew, David Hopkins; and numerous extended family members. Jeanette was a member of Beta Sigma Phi and South Roebuck Baptist Church. She retired from the Jefferson County Courthouse and was a loving sister and aunt. Her family will receive friends on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 10-11 AM at South Roebuck Baptist Church with her service beginning at 11 AM with Bro. Chris Crain officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Crest Cemetery.
